Steve’s role is to identify and drive new business opportunities with employers and training providers for new apprenticeship standards across the energy and utilities and adjacent sectors. Steve has previously worked for Centrica as a commercial Business Development Manager, where he led a team of account managers and sales support executives in the automotive sector. He has also project managed IT and marketing platforms throughout Europe and developed sales and marketing strategies across 17 countries. Steve has developed business partnerships at senior level within the recruitment and training sectors and since 2008 worked on government welfare to work directives in the public and private sectors.

Shortly before joining the EUIAS, Steve was responsible for the delivery of framework apprenticeships within the business and professional field.
