Final grade letters and consensus reports
Over the next few months, we will be phasing out consensus reports as a means of informing customers of final grades and replacing them with a simpler final grade letter issued when the certificates have been claimed. The reason for this is that the consensus report typically contained additional information relating to internal quality assurance. Internal quality assurance will continue to be carried out in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements and recorded separately.
Customers will continue to receive feedback on areas of improvement for those learners that fail individual components of an end-point assessment.
